Seef District, BahrainLamea Association, in collaboration with Investcorp, organized an engaging dialogue session with Investcorp’s Executive Chairman, Mr. Mohammed Alardhi, as part of the Association’s “Coffee with a Leader” series. The session was hosted by Investcorp at its headquarters in the Kingdom of Bahrain, in the presence of Her Excellency Shaikha Dwa bint Khalid Al Khalifa, Chairwoman of Lamea Association, alongside a number of the Association’s board members and members, as well as young leaders and talent from Investcorp.

The session was moderated by Mrs. Dabya Al-Rafaei, General Manager of Lamea Association, while Mr. Yasser Al Khaja, Head of Projects and Business Management at Investcorp, delivered the opening remarks.

During the session, Mr. Mohammed Alardhi reflected on key milestones from his distinguished career and leadership journey, highlighting the personal and professional experiences that shaped his leadership style. He also shared his perspective on decision-making, approaches to navigating leadership challenges, and the requirements of effective leadership in today’s global environment, while emphasizing the importance of preserving regional identity and institutional values amid global expansion.

The session concluded with an open interactive discussion, during which attendees engaged with Investcorp’s Executive Chairman on leadership from both a human-centered and practical perspective. The discussion covered team-building, organizational cultures, and the role of active listening and individual engagement in fostering conscious and sustainable leadership.

This session forms part of Lamea Association’s initiatives to strengthen dialogue with executive and national leaders and to provide learning opportunities rooted in direct interaction and knowledge transfer. It also supports the strengthening of leadership awareness among the Association’s members and youth, while helping cultivate capable national talent equipped to support the Kingdom’s national development efforts.
