Seef District, Bahrain – Her Excellency Rawan bint Najeeb Tawfeeqi, Minister of Youth Affairs, affirmed that the remarkable successes achieved by the National Project Lamea would not have been possible without the guidance and support of His Highness Sheikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, His Majesty the King’s Representative for Humanitarian Work and Youth Affairs. She noted that His Highness has transformed Lamea into a shining beacon among national youth initiatives, and a true incubator producing a generation of Bahraini talents who have consistently demonstrated excellence, creativity, and impact across diverse professional and national fields.
Her Excellency further highlighted that the newly established strategic partnership between Lamea Association and Bapco Energies will expand horizons for Bahraini youth, creating a strong bridge toward greater successes for participants in the National Project Lamea. This collaboration, she stressed, will reinforce national objectives and multiply the program’s positive impact in shaping a brighter and more prosperous future for the youth of Bahrain.
The statement came during Her Excellency’s attendance at the signing ceremony of the strategic partnership agreement between Lamea Association and Bapco Energies, Bahrain’s integrated energy group leading the Kingdom’s energy transition. The agreement was signed on behalf of Lamea by Her Excellency Shaikha Dhuwa bint Khalid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, Chairwoman of the Lamea Association, and on behalf of Bapco Energies by Mr. Mark Thomas, Group Chief Executive. The agreement establishes a strategic partnership aimed at supporting the goals of the National Project Lamea and further enhancing its youth outcomes.
On this occasion, Her Excellency Shaikha Dhuwa bint Khalid Al Khalifa remarked: “Our partnership with Bapco Energies is a luminous milestone in the journey of the National Project Lamea. This agreement is a new seed of hope that invests in the boundless potential of youth capable of creativity and giving.
