Seef District, Bahrain – Lamea Association organized an extensive dialogue session titled “Transformational Leadership: Driving Change at Scale”, with the participation of distinguished executive leaders in the Kingdom of Bahrain, including Mrs. Maha Mofeez, Chief Executive of the Labour Fund (Tamkeen); Mrs. Dalal Al Qais, Group Chief Executive Officer of Bahrain Development Bank; and Mr. Ali Moosa, Executive Vice Chairman of Singapore Gulf Bank. The session came as part of the Association’s series of professional events, reflecting its commitment to providing knowledge platforms that contribute to the development of national competencies and preparing Bahraini youth for influential leadership roles.
During the session, Mrs. Maha Mofeez emphasized the importance of adopting leadership models based on clear and measurable performance indicators, highlighting their critical role in ensuring sustainable achievements and enhancing productivity across both public and private sector institutions. She further explained that transformational leadership is not limited to providing a roadmap for efficiency and productivity, but also plays a central role in motivating work teams and building mutual trust with senior leadership and target audiences.
