Who is behind National Project Lamea?
The program is under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa. Sh Dwa bint Khalid Al Khalifa is the Chair of the Board and Dabya Al-Rafaei is the General Manager.
How can I become a member of Lamea Association?
Lamea Association membership is exclusive to alumni of the National Project Lamea.
Who can apply to the National Project Lamea?
Bahraini youth up to 35 years old who have a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree and 3 years work experience.
Can private sector employees apply?
Yes. Applicants from the private, public, and non-profit sectors are all welcome.
Do I need to be nominated or can I apply on my own?
You may apply independently through the open registration form. No employer nomination is required.
I applied last year but didn’t get in. Can I apply again?
Yes, returning applicants are welcome and encouraged to re-apply if they still meet the eligibility criteria.
Can I use AI to fill out the form?
Yes, but use of AI should support, not replace, your authentic voice. Your application is evaluated based on depth, originality, and self-awareness. Generic AI submissions will not be considered.
How will I know if I’m accepted or not?
You will receive an official email notification regarding the status of your application during each stage.
What’s the selection process like?
The selection process includes an application form, interview, IQ and skill-based testing, and a team challenge. Only shortlisted candidates will proceed through each stage.
What are the program timings?
2-3 weekdays from 5:00–9:00 PM and on Saturdays from 10:00 AM–3:00 PM.
